I was at the University of Oregon but I've decided to transfer and I need someone to take over my lease at 13th and Olive which is about 2 EMX stops from the University of Oregon's campus. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There's in unit laundry and the living area is furnished. Plus there's a pool,hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and tanning bed. Plus free parking. Rent is $679 a month and I'll pay first months rent and all the deposits. I have one roommate but she is also looking for someone to take over her lease.
